Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Assist our customers and associates (payrolled workers) with implementations, onboarding, and general account management
- Process associate through new hire onboardings, timekeeping standards, benefits, and other human resources related functions
- Build relationships with our clients and associates to improve service delivery and personal / company-wide goals
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure proper coverage, timely responses, and solution focused outcomes
- Field customer and associate inquiries and provide an accurate and timely solutions
Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:
- Customer obsession with wanting to provide solutions and options over “no’s”
- Organized and self motivated by your accomplishments and team goals

Minimum Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in customer services

As a Business Development Representative, you will have the chance to be one of the first employees at HQ Simple, where you get to build and grow the sales function. Our target audience is talent acquisition leaders who want the best solution to employ their high-touch contractors and temporary workers.

Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Drive growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts
- Learn from seasoned sales reps and help build out the sales playbook
- Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns
- Identify and develop an understanding of each lead generation process
- Generate emails sequences and make cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts
- Research sales tactics/trends and bring new ideas to the sales process
- Independently coordinate sales meetings; phone, video conferencing, and in-person
- Cultivate and exhibit enthusiasm throughout the long sales cycle
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Expertise in the utilization and value of sales CRM
- Ability to identify and rank order top key prospects
- Strong understanding of the overall business environment and sales stages
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Confidence and integrity in handling complex and difficult situations
- Sound decision-making and problem solving skills
- Writing skills to create email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
- Adaptability and comfort in a fast and changing environment
- Active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to improve
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in contingent workforce (or similar) sales
- Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Adaptable to work independently and in team settings
- Ability to prioritize and multitask a fluid and changing workload
- Entrepreneurial spirit and persevering attitude
- Experience with CRM and sales metrics preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with Fortune 5000 senior line-of-business executives
- Hunter mentality with solid sales DNA and appetite for continual learning
- Desire to work for a fast-paced startup and take on increasing levels of responsibility
